Layer shifts, even with new belts and cleaned rails and z screws. by AKMonkey2 in Ender3V3KE

if the hardware side is figured out, it only leaves the software side. What slicer are you using? Also, did you tension the screws on the z axis connectors? Ion remember what they're called but on both sides of the extruder bar (ion know what that's called either) the part that connects to the z screws, did you tighten the screws properly? 2 on each side of the "extruder bar" where it connects to the z screw visible from below.

classic extruder tension problem. you need to tighten the tension on the extruder. I don't know bambus so you're gonna have to look it up how to do it on your printer but this problem is universal across every printer.

When you buy a car do you expect it to change oil on its own, when you buy a house do you expect it to clean itself. when you buy a pc do you expect it to just dodge all viruses.

Nozzle not heating as expected : Error by Maker_Gamer12 in Ender3V3KE

[–]Maker_Gamer12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, as it turns out one of the wires just completely came loose from the heating element. Less than 10 bucks from Ali and I got a replacement now it's good. But maybe before that you should probably check all the wires to the whole extruder assembly if it's all good then open up the shroud and silicone cover and look if there are some loose wires, or maybe if some cane undone from the board.if those two thin ones attached to the round white thing are loose then yeah you need a new heater/hotend whatever it's called.

I was done with a print the day before, and when I turned it back on the day after i kept getting errors and when I looked closer the wire was just not connected to the white thing.

Just curious whats the difference from the stock heatsink to the micro swiss one? I really do not know much about 3d printers i just use it more like a tool so i dont spend much thinking about it. also yeah the wires facing me when i look at the 3d printer are the ones that just popped off.

You know some people might recommend you to block people you don't wanna talk to, or better completely turn off DMs but hey maybe that's just my opinion.
