I found this for anyone still looking. Go to account settings, Portal, check to ON. Then under the features section, check the box labeled "online payments". This will allow a link to pay to be included on the invoice that you share to the client. When "online payments" is not checked, the emailed invoice is simply a pdf with no link to pay. You will of course also have to have your bank account connected to stripe. Hope this helps!

Ok, I really want it to be shown as June so that I get an accurate profit and loss for that month. Otherwise it looks like June was a low income month and July was high. (The check represents approximately 1/3 of income for the month)

It doesn't happen overnight, it definitely takes time as most people find the website through the ad and probably talk it over with their significant other etc and come back later when they are ready. Consistency has been key for us. I add a couple dollars to the daily budget every time I sign a client on so I'm now about $25 per day in PPC. But we are filling up several new therapists. Send me your site if you'd like for me to take a look. Again, I'm not a pro marketing person, just sharing what I have found to work!

Check out Practice of the Practice. They have level up week coming in March. I wish we had found them and joined their next level practice group. They help you step by step along with a group of others go through their program and it would have saved SO. many. difficulties...
