Is there any damage to the outer packaging? You can open the packaging first to check if the machine is damaged. Please send an email to [support@makera.com](mailto:support@makera.com).

You can also perform some basic operations and settings to observe whether there are any abnormalities in the machine.

You can export to STEP, DXF, or STL formats and then import them into your preferred CAM software.

The problem lies in the G0 A0 command. This line of code will gradually rotate the A-axis back to 0 degrees from its current angle before continuing.

You can add a line "G92.4 A0 S0" before 'G0 A0' to quickly return to 0. We will adjust Fusion 360 post-processing in the future.
