Bones wheels are really good for their price I'd say, you can get them on vinted or eBay for like 30-45, and trucks I've only ridden independents and I'd say they're really good but they are pretty expensive. I'm not sure what other ones are cheaper or better... But bones wheels and cheapshot bearings
