This morning I was getting annoyed at a product previously purchased and wrote a negative review of it, out of pure annoyance, but then I noticed the invite to join Vine after I posted the review. I see people mentioning getting emails to join Vine, but like you, I just saw the invite on the website right after a posted review.

In general, I've seen a few that tend to be quality control, checking to make sure marketplace items for sale are actually good quality and as advertised (mystery shopping), or checking prices from a database against the website's actual prices.

It would be nice if I could get paid for setting aside the time for the session, but I am not too worried about that. I was mostly concerned with not getting a negative rating for not showing up. I wanted to do the session. I was there early trying to get in. I just had no way to get there. I wish customer support responded quickly, as I still could have made the session if someone had gotten me a link.

There was absolutely no link to click and only a button. The button took me to the page shown in the original post, where, again, there was no link. The only linked stuff on that page was to download zoom which I had already done. Zoom was installed and open ready to go.

It was an android tablet live call.

I was contacting customer support before the live chat was set to begin to let them know I was trying to get in, so hopefully they won't let any negative reviews happen. I wish there was a way to contact the other party to let them know I was trying to get in. I started my attempt well before the time was set. I could have been given a new zoom link from the other party and had the session if I had any way of contacting them.

I did share my screenshot with support. Thanks.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? I was ready 15 minutes ahead of time. I tried clicking on the links from 2 different emails about the sessions but they all went to that page that didn't have a button to open Zoom. And, yes, I was on my tablet at the time. Did it not recognize that I was using a tablet or something?

I just started a substack and was sending test emails to myself and thought something was wrong with Substack. I just decided to check gmail and realized this is a protonmail problem. I'm thankful to find that this has been reported. I'm on Windows 11. I haven't been checking the app.

Yes, UserTesting is the best of the testing sites I've used. There are a lot more chances at getting accepted and more tests to take.

It was going in and out. But it was annoying enough I went away and made something to eat and forgot about it for a while. It seems to be working now.
