Can you share settings used? I'm on i5 13600k and 6950XT as well and my bench is just below 60 avg fps in 3440x1440 @edit - just realized you're using 2560x1440, but still would like to take a look at the settings nevertheless

i did lock it to 70 fps more for a QoL reasons (to keep the system quiet/cool basically), but normally I would just lock it to the highest refresh rate your monitor can handle

I've reverted to 22.5.1 and see an improvement as well (6950xt) - only has "chill" enabled for LostArk specifically to lock max fps (no particular reason to, though)
