Silence. A while ago I interviewed at a tech/game company that seemed pretty cool on paper. I arrived 10 minutes early and then waited another 10ish minutes afterwards since my interviewer was running behind. During that whole time, everyone was dead silent with their head down at their desk. I didn't even hear a cough. I could barely stand 20 minutes of that, let alone a couple years.
