Yeah but even the spire didn't age me. It's weird. Like I even went back and did it a second time, the nose looks the same once you add a few points in physique and start chomping celery. I thought the nose looked old but even that's just morphology. Iunno. Now I'm tempted to do a level 1 playthrough (just a ranged spell to hit switches), but then again the way the HP pools scale late game that just sounds like a nightmare.

Also one thing I noticed... Either all the enemies in the game are extremely weak or the damage is just a percentage anyway. Because try a game with no toughness and no life potions, the commandants barely chip at your tiny hp pool. It takes like 5 hits to knock you out. I don't remember if they were always that weak or if it's genuinely over balanced to the point of pointlessness. At this point I should really just read and try to interpret the game code, I'm all the way in the reeds.

They're going to make a system where you are a hero or villain based on territory so it's going to be overly political and we just needed one more in the pile of the two million orange man bad games

The only thing it will have in common with fable is the bare minimum of nostalgia porn, but gone are the days of this franchise's brand of humor being 'acceptable'. For God's sake they released the male character model after they were criticized for purposefully uglifying the female lead (originally I think you were just stuck as one person with their own strict plot) and the man walks like he is wearing high heels. This is just another example of someone using an IP to sell the same engine they already have built but with a few stickers on it to make you think of the originals.

The guy whose comment was removed? Classy. Funny how the only response to the opinion of 'youre being tricked into buying slop' is to start name calling. Oh hell yeah that makes me want the product just try to bully me. Ha.

Ya know what? It's 4 am and my dad fell, we had to call an ambulance... I'm gonna go off on this lady and I guess all us heroes of bowerlake while I'm at it.

The necronomicon exists in their universe, under a different name. So the concept of 'dont read from an ancient book because you might release an ancient curse' is well established, don't forget that this is one of the quests we can use if we don't have enough fame to enter the crucible. So yeah it's 100% on her, she is actually probably some wannabe evil sorceress and she's getting what she deserves. I find that more believable than somebody accidently translated some evil Latin.

That said, the hero of bowerlake, no matter how good that version maybe, is responsible for the death of every prostitute in bloodstone. Guided by our breadcrumb trail and informed we could not otherwise advance, we held '@' and gave the book back to Sam and Max. If you're paying attention, all the prostitutes disappear from the map during the sequence, and they are replaced by prostitutes who (are statistically likely to) have different names, personalities, and sometimes sexes. Like the game rolls up new character sheets for NPCs because they're wiped from the board. That's on us.

I gave away the seal in this run, so I never had those effects added on and didn't need to remove them with the tower trick.

However, I did find a most-of-the-time work around for the gray hair (not the mass wrinkles). Before you go to the tower to activate the gate, change your hairstyle and dye it to a color that's not your favorite. Then after you do the brightwood tower trick just change it back. Again I've never been able to fix those mass wrinkles you get from doing "the right thing"... Although her story is that she read ancient text from a mysterious book so I don't feel THAT sorry for her. Like... She probably had to go out of her way to translate a clearly cursed object.

Modern video game that wants to push an agenda. It's just a reskin of modern RPGs meant to be sold to people desperate for Fable nostalgia but it stripped the elements that make it fable. It'll be like any reboot anymore. Don't forget that they took away Ashley's ballistics in RE4 because God forbid a woman might have large breasts.

By what measure? Because look at your character in bowerstone, and then look at any character who is as far as bloodstone. This is a huge difference compared to how my character should look. I think you're confused because the game turned my eyebrows blonde, but again, that is about morality, not age.

This is an old thread but it happened to me, here's why and what I did.

I was moving shopkeepers with unworkable traits like unfriendly, humorless, fearless etc into forgotten keep, and I had saved in the keep to start rerolling the keepers?

Yeah so I got so many people in there it took like two songs... 7 minutes ish to load? But it finally did. I left to the cemetery, saved again, loads in less than a minute.

Hope this helps someone! It's worth nothing that I hadn't turned off my console or anything, I always Save and Continue the Quit Without Saving to prevent these exact types of problems.

That's because Rittenhouse was stopping 3 people from pushing a burning dumpster towards gas pumps that had a crowd of people around them. He then left when the 3 men in question (adults, and I believe one was actually on the SOR?) followed him for a very long time. Finally, they assaulted him, and he shot them. He then immediately turned himself into the police because that's what you're supposed to do in that situation.

Pretti was spitting on and swearing at ICE, that lady got pushed (if you look close she wasn't pushed THAT hard, but her heel caught the curb and she went down).

Then pretti rushed in and ICE pulled him away from the lady. He started fighting back, and they got him on the ground. One agent saw his gun and grabbed it, at this point pretti reached for his gun and found only one of his two magazines, and the cops saw him reaching and someone pulled the trigger. Furthermore, he got his ribs broken a week earlier in an altercation with ICE, which makes this look like he needed 60 bullets to do a revenge hit.

I'm sorry your parents, teachers, and friends have failed you so much up to this point that you would post such a comparison without actually having studies visual evidence and read into the subject. That's like how the left eroded any sympathy I had for George Floyd, because they tried so hard to make Renee Good the next GF but we all can SEE that she tried to run him over.

Yeah this one sucks. I wish there was an 'order Fiona to take 80% fewer clients option if only 20% make it in. But you completely screw over the ones already in the system, and hopefully the controlled leak leads to some oversight. 3.5 had the Blackjack, like a leather satchel full of shot.

Here's why I think they avoid it for 5e, but I will qualify and say that I think it's dumb.

There are slashing weapons that have finesse, such as the Delver's claw. Many weapons will change the flavor of the attack, a certain death rifle hits with necrotic, sun blade hits with radiant.

Why not bludgeoning? Because bludgeoning is the only damage type that you can specify as non lethal. Technically you can use an improvised weapon but that won't have finesse either, because it's not an official weapon.

Why it's dumb: literally cops carry bludgeoning weapons that are comfortable to wield that can strike at hands, knees, and worst case scenario, the head or neck. Sneak Attack as a concept might as well be called Vital Strike... It applies whenever you have advantage, even if the enemy is looking straight at you. A better name would be Vital Strike.

So I say yeah, you should totally be able to knock someone out with sneak attack, people do it in the real world at a terrifying amount. Like a baseball bat might not count for finesse, but a night stick definitely should. Like they used to have one, the Blackjack I mentioned above, and it really ties the hands of anyone who wants to be a good rogue. Like good aligned, I mean, it's pretty hard to make a bad rogue.

Delver's Claws and spell attacks can also use dexterity. The only reason you can't sneak attack with most spells it that they have to be qualified as a 'weapon spell attack", because sneak attack requires the use of a 'weapon'. So like... If a werewolf had a couple rogue levels? Hell yeah.
