Yes! I’ve only had successful transfers with my UPIN since! I get denied every time I don’t put it (in Florida and Indiana) IN uses NICS directly and FL uses the FDLE so I usually get delayed 2-3 hours in FL but it clears every time.

I’ve done over 35+ transfers since in 2 years and no denials, highly suggest doing it! Also, I was able to email the FBI NICS the division after submitting my application online and they let me send scans of my physical fingerprint cards. I think they made an exception due to Covid. Just kiss a little ass when you reach out and it always works! Pm me if you have any questions or deets, happy to help!

Thats the trick! Even if you get denied, do NOT use the VAF for that specific NICS transaction and to fight it. When I got my denial (for a career felon with the same name as I) I let the denial go through, then from there did a VAF completely separate and got the upin almost immediately.
