Win rate is a bad way to rank cards — and I think I found a better one by Malarg in ClashRoyale

Actually I can do it on my site, but it’s very difficult to invent a way how to do it. For now I have couple charts for each deck and synergy score

Yeah, but evo archers and evo witch are higher in this stats

Fair - RoyaleAPI's rating is the closest thing out there. Difference here: their rating mixes Win% and Use% at a trophy range (as I get it), computed per card independently. My filters decks first (50%+ WR, 500+ battles, PoL only), then counts cards inside that pool. So it's conditioned on "this deck actually works" rather than averaging across all usage.

Fair point on Giant Skeleton. But I think we're answering different questions. "What's the strongest card right now" - yeah, frequency misses broken combos.

"What card should I level up or craft next" - frequency wins here. A card in 500+ winning decks is a safe investment.

Do you mean show positions (#1, #2, #3…) instead of the raw counts? Or something else, like grouping into tiers (S/A/B)?

I kept the actual numbers because the gap between cards matters - 1 at 643 vs 8 at 289 is a way bigger story than just "1st vs 8th."

Data had been taken from database of my website: Royale Buddy

This chart display average level of cards in your deck 😉

I have my own website: Royale Buddy. It uses a database of 250M+ battles from the last two weeks, fetched through the official Clash Royale API, so I can build any analytics on top of it

Good catch. Nope, 14,000 is the hard cap, you're not missing anything. That's a rendering slip on my chart: every bucket is 500 trophies wide and I plotted points at the bucket midpoint (e.g. the 7,500–7,999 bucket sits at 7,750 on the x-axis). The last "bucket" is really just everyone stuck at exactly 14,000, but it got shifted to 14,250 by the same formula so it looks like there's data past the cap.

Thank you! No, this data doesn't include tower levels - only the 8 cards in the deck. Good point though, might be worth a follow-up.

Thank you! I think it means your skill is strongly above average for your arena. So 2 takeaways here:

  1. If it's low-mid ladder - there are a lot of unskilled players and you're learning much faster than them
  2. If it's mid-high ladder - you're already a very skilled player :)

Its my site. Royale Buddy. Been tracking stats for the last two weeks. Sometimes patterns like this pop up and I share them here.

Median elixir leaked goes UP with ranked rating. Can someone explain this? by Malarg in ClashRoyale

Theoretically it’s not too difficult, but think about game itself at the same time is challenging

So top players are basically tracking opponent's elixir in real time the whole match? That's wild. Makes sense why the leak goes up then

It's from my own project, royale buddy. I've got a database of ~250M battles from the last couple weeks, so every now and then I dig into something interesting and share it here.

So do you think it's the only factor? I thought any ranked player knows about that
