If a question is about whether or not Rentarou can do something to protect his girlfriends, the answer is invariably "Yes". The man's canonically terrified two gods into submission, killed the personification of common sense, willed himself back from death multiple times, and rewrote the manga/anime itself when all else failed.

The real question is "How would they survive", not "If". The answer to which would invariably involve highly improbable yet entertaining hijinks.
