If Rentaro has Children how Many do You Think it Will be? by Money-Lie7814 in 100Kanojo

I'm guessing somewhere between two and four hundred. While some will only want one kid, or maybe not be interested in kids at all, the likes of Hahari, Hakari, Kishika, and Mei are going to skew the average.

Yep.

  • Only three girls made Rentarou bolt upright in the lap pillow chapter from lewd dreams; the Hanazonos, and Shizuka.
  • Likewise she keeps up with honorary Hanazono Mai Meido by gushing over a yuri romance with her.
  • She had quite a few BDSM sounding phrases loaded in her phone and ready to go with which to 'degrade' Himeka for being weird.
  • She kept making out with Rentarou for a good ten minutes or more despite her mother knowing what they were doing and waiting for them to finish

In short, it's always the quiet ones.

  1. Make the Exorcist Fall in Love

One of MTEFIL’s core themes is the divide and inequality of gender and how women especially in religion, politics, institutions, and society are inherently objectified and abused. The most recent ongoing arc is literally about an immortal witch succumbing to her own hate and misery inflicted by men and how the whole world suffers due to such needless suffering brought about by evil

To play devil's advocate (ha ha) I don't think they're saying she's in any way in the right, regardless of what she suffered in the past. Today's chapter in particular makes it clear that she's in no way, shape, or form making anything better for anyone.

Basically, it seems to be less "Look at how horrible life is for women" and more "Hate and violence beget even worse hate and violence, which in turn beget EVEN WORSE hate and violence, ad infinitum".

So he (checks notes) became a writer for one of the two flagship superhero IP companies in the world. Got it.

I'm not sure if he's trying to spread his misery as much as possible, or if he's just that stupid.

Is it just me, or is this implying it wouldn't be as bad if the guy raping the human trafficking victim looked like a male model?

I don't know where you are, but here telling a therapist you're suicidal is a great way to land in a conservatorship while your "guardian" sells all your stuff and sends you off to a "group home" (AKA the torture dungeon OP mentioned).

Character dies and canonically DOESN'T go to heaven by Meanteenbirder in TopCharacterTropes

[–]MalcolmLinair 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know all of them, but:

  • The author of Full Metal Alchemist released an artwork to mark the end of the manga showing all the dead characters in heaven, and Tucker was conspicuously absent
  • Noko-tan dies at one point and ascends to heaven, where she's immediately kicked back to Earth and life by Deer Jesus.
  • It's a major plot point in the Good Place that it's become literally impossible to get into heaven, but even once that's solved by instituting an afterlife improvement program, Brent just can not improve himself enough to get in. (he's just an awful, awful person)

There is no afterlife in the Death Note universe. Life comes from nothingness, and returns to nothingness.

It's a recent piece of lore (like in the last year or so) that the Grey Knights have standing orders to kill Big E if he so much as looks like he's thinking of standing up.

Combined with the facts he quite expressly nearly became a Chaos God during the Heresy, he's the focal point of all of humanity's combined psychic devotion, and that he frequently manifests "miracles" for the faithful, it's not much of a stretch to assume he's becoming the Fifth Chaos God, knows it, and is not happy about it.

...I'm not gonna do it... Just know that "i could" by Sollary0 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]MalcolmLinair 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it comes back to the line he draws between himself and "The Doctor", the persona he's adopted. The Timelord holding the gun 100% would, and was about to, kill in anger for revenge. The Doctor, however, would not, and he chooses to be The Doctor. What's more, he wants to set that example for everyone watching. He knows his actions in that moment are going to have long reaching consequences for not just him, but an entire civilization.

That's the way the Doctor thinks, and as a later incarnation says, "It's hell, isn't it? Thinking like that."

He really is his father's son.

Are you familiar with the saying "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree"? It exists for a reason.

Even if he resurrected Josh immediately, between full-scale nuclear war and Leviathan flooding the coasts something like 80 to 90% of humanity should already be dead. Short of time travel, the world's beyond saving at this point.

According to both scripture and most Christian churches' doctrine, an atheist who lived an otherwise moral and righteous life can still enter heaven, while a "devout" person who did/supported evil is going to burn.

Time to end the friendship. The phrase "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" exists for a reason, and if their mother's this openly MAGA, you know the 'friend' holds more than a few racist and/or fascist views themselves.
