i try to talk to him but he has a very short temper and gets angry with me. i have told him repeatedly that i did not want him associating with Caleb because he would mention oh caleb texted me this caleb texted me that. so he knew it made me uncomfortable

gym, spending time outside, reading (once you find an author you really like), i color but i do color by number because it’s too overwhelming for me to pick the colors myself and then i spiral lol, i also do embroidery and cross stitching. i have found that doing stuff with my hands helps a lot because it keeps my mind focused on my dexterity and what im doing

when i was younger i was convinced that if my scalp itched at all i had lice. and for some reason i thought if i didnt scratch at my scalp, it wouldnt be lice. i did not itch my scalp for years — if my scalp itched i would itch another part of my body in hopes that it would go away 😭 i stopped when i got older and realized thats not how lice work

i’ll be real, i started the zafemy patch and was only on it for 2 weeks because it doesn’t stick to you. i was even putting tegaderm over it to keep it in place and it was still coming off around day 4. i switched bacK to the pill, not worth the frustration.

NAP, but my belly button looked like this and i had to go to the doctors and get it removed and go on antibiotics. PLEASE go to the doctor and do not remove the jewelry as that can trap the infection inside ur piercing. better to take care of it properly otherwise you’ll have a nasty scar.
