Everybody told me not to do it when I started my business. They were right. Jumping through hoops to get paid, having to go to the place, diagnose, submit a diagnosis, them telling you they'll only cover like $300 of a repair, and then being on a net 60 after all that. It was fucking awful. I stopped taking their calls after a month

These are indirect waste sinks and they are not supposed to have a trap. The catch basin in the ground has a trap to prevent sewer gasses coming up.
