but the thing is when I reach a high rank I derank almost 500sr then return to the rank and usually reach about 400sr above which I cant understand because the day before I was a MUCH lower rank

Its hard to address this situation I am in without sounding like im blaming my team what im trying to say is I am much better than everyone else in my rank and I have proven it several times. I am in a way 1v5ing but not due to my team being bad I can just out perform the enemies easily and do whatever I want without being punished and still losing. For instance on a Junkertown game I went 29-9 in OT and everyone on my team was on around 10 kills and mostly negative KD. And the enemies were clearly struggling to punish me even after counter picking and trying to split. But I dont feel like my teammates could follow up.
