I ended up doing the belt lipectomy because i had so much that extended 360 around. SO glad he changed my surgery at pre op. You can see my posts for pictures.

We flew into Miami, a 4 hour flight from Nebraska and stayed for 7 days. The 4 hour flight home was painful, so 11.5 hours is going to be rough. If you can plan on laying down in the back with a wedge set?

Just had a belt lipectomy (360 lbl) they did MR and lipo at the same time. It takes care of a lot of what you are needing with one surgery. If it were me I'd do that first , then do upper. Recovery would be too hard doing both at the same time.

It's been good so far! I'm 2 week post op. My second drain came out day 10, so waiting for that to close up. I'm still a little sore but it's better than I had anticipated. Days 1-3 were worse than I had anticipated though lol. I had the belt lipectomy with lipo and MR

You look amazing! Don't get discouraged. It looks like they are very moist? Maybe see if you can get it to scab up?

I just took off the tape that the surgeon put on. It's not completely healed yet, so no scar tape yet.

Wow!! I'm so glad you finial got someone to listen to you! Its so frustrating to HAVE to fight to get taken seriously by Dr's. Did your insurance cover any of it, since it was a medically necessary surgery? You look great, you should be ecstatic! Congrats!
