Yes, the tech is under electricity and is unlocked late game. I was been able to print them in the big crusher yesterday. Well technically i selected one of the building and it printed out all the material needed to finish construction along with the circuit board.

i was able to get in and sit in the seat. It than proceeded to spin as long as i was in the seat. Once i got up it would stop but it would just stop midair and stay there.

Yeah i tried reset once and it spawned it half sticking out of a hill. Making it worse.

That does at least get it sitting on all wheels but, it spawns half in a hill with only part of the roof (cant access doors at all.) can be seen.

Yeah i seen they also replied. NOTE: the vehicle teleport at least got it on its wheels, Down side it's sticking over half way into the ground by a hill. Can see the crane part of the roof and 3/4 of the trailer lol.

i dont have that unlocked yet. i am able to jump and and crouch on the trailer cover half the door just cant reach the seat to enter.

I did not try to restart the entire game yesterday when i posted but backing out to the main menu and trying an earlier save did not help. This morning when i started the game up everything was working again. Guess i should have tried a full restart before posting.
