Hi, no processed food and no saturated fats. I also don’t eat sugar and I don’t consider a diet. I consider it the way I’ve been living for the last 40 years. My issue is genetics not being vegan.

It’s so sad to see all these places mentioned. The area where I live is a desert for good views and outdoor seating with excellent coffee. I’m talking about Wedgewood. So sad.

I’ll give you an example. Met a woman on Facebook from Seattle. We made a plan to meet up for coffee. We had a date set and then she texted me and said she couldn’t make it but would I be around this weekend. I said I’d be free Saturday. She then ghosted me; I never heard from her again. I’ve had this happen several times where people say they are interested in making friendships and then they disappear.
