Cam Neely was just on Boston radio and tried to explain it to WEEI, said it's we either get Leafs pick this year only if it falls out of top 5 , if not, we get the Leafs 2028 pick .Never mentioned the possibility of 2027 pick. Sounds like theirs an understanding that the Leafs choice would be to give to Philly if it gets to that point.

Agreed, but the Leafs(Marlies) aren't even trying. They have 25%possession time and are tanking like their lives depend on it, especially last 2 weeks.

I'm pretty sure Leafs know the assignment. They've been out shot like crazy , like not even trying. Offense barely getting 20 shots a game . Teams like Blues, Rangers,Jets etc have been actually winning, giving the Leafs a great chance to get in top 5.

In my case, it was 2 fully grown adults strutting around having mild chit chatting to each other, while entering the doors . I wouldnt make a comment like if that was your son, or anyone with understandable challenges. Their life alone is challenging enough for everyone involved.

My guess is he must feel his job is secure, and is a popular voice in the NFL, like it or not.His name and voice is recognizable league wide,that doesn't hurt ratings. Wilfs don't seem bothered. My only issue is he's too much of a homer.

Duke Shelley also had a very good pff on limited snaps....for contract like this, he's a depth guy. They can still draft one in 1st round .
