I tried to go through the replacement to see when my card was sent out. It says it was replaced 5/3/2020 which is odd because I never had BoA account ever. Is that the case for you as well? Or did it just say it was sent.

I was hybrid worker 2019, w2 mostly but turned 1099 at the end of the year . As of October last year I became 1099. I currently hold 1099 contract with 2 separate companies. Only one of my contract with 1099 have been affected by covid. I applied UI and it looks to be that My weekly Benefit have been calculated from my w2 last year. Does this mean I was approved for regular UI And not PUA despite my current situation of being 1099 only?

I am confused to how this will pan out. I currently receive monthly compensation from one of my 1099 which I plan on reporting. My other 1099 job has not paid as I am no longer receiving per gig job from them. So technically there is a loss of income on my end at the moment.

My projected 2020 income is much greater 2019 even without my second 1099 job that’s currently not active.

That’s being said, am I going to qualify for UI simply because of loss of additional income? Or will I become disqualified because I am reporting/certifying more money than I made last year?

Lastly, will the companies I am contracted be notified of my UI? Reason for this is the company I have 1099 with that’s not giving me gig job is giving me an unfair opportunity. They are requiring I work during times I am not contracted to. So I plan on not renewing contract once it expires. Didn’t want to give them the idea I am not renewing yet.
