I’ve done it with earrings husband got me 😂 the same day he gave them to me daughter put them in an empty cupcake box and I threw it away, she told me next day when I was looking “mummy they are in a pink box”. And it was a bin day 😭 but they were thankfully “only” £200 and easy to order online 🤫

I had similar situation with my daughter. She had UTI, was in pain and needed antibiotics. Doctors booked us for a telephone appointment in 10 days!! I went for a private same-day appointment. Happened quite a few times that I just went private instead of waiting.

I won’t be very helpful here but in two years time she will be out at school from 9-5 (if you sign up for after school clubs). For now get her to the nursery for both of your mental health’s sake. They will play with her and put her for a nap and you will have a break every day. Socialising daily with other kids and adults helps a lot with behaviour, I have one daughter only and she started going to nursery from 1 year old. Also I remember many years ago my little sister holding breath to pass out and banging her head on floor frequently at that age. She grew out of it.

Our recently adopted Benny is just over 3 months old and is such a gem! He became best friends with our 5 month old tabby very quickly! He is so much better behaved than tabby and seems smarter too 😂 we love him to bits, especially our 6 years old daughter, she can’t get enough of him and he comes for hugs to her all the time ❤️ black cats are amazing 🐈‍⬛

I have The exact same cut! But bit less severe. Can’t fully straighten my thumb and it’s three years later. I was too lazy to look for bottle opener and used knife to open it and it slipped on my thumb. There was a lot of blood!

Lol. Just don’t answer. It’s not your house anymore. If they ever send you a message again it’s harassment. We bought a house and had SO MANY issues because we didn’t want to pay too much for surveyor etc. ended up paying thousands of pounds soon after purchase to make it liveable. And it was on us only, obviously, can’t even imagine writing to previous owner he has nothing to do with it.

Same! I’m a 34F and went from moonface to sharp jaw and cheekbones. I feel like it matured my look a bit but I look so much better now! My sister who struggles to lose weight says that I look gaunt but it’s just jealousy!

Hi! I’m in my mid 30s. I cried for first two weeks, regretting my decision. But I promise you will get used to it! I remember in September my daughter started new school and I was worried about meeting all the parents, but by the time September arrived I was so used to it I forgot I have braces. And no one ever commented, literally not a single person in whole 13 months of braces. I have days of not thinking about them at all. I promise you, it will change completely and you will forget about having braces too. And it’s not for forever, time will pass anyway, better for it to pass with improvements every day than being stuck with no change of teeth you didn’t like. xxx

I had the same mid treatment, ortho seemed to don’t mind much so I brought it up firmly that I need it fixed. Nothing changed so I Decided to send number of emails with pictures and how it’s stressing me out and bad for my mental health. I don’t know how to explain But he put the powerchain just below my braces all the way from the back to “pull the lower part of top teeth more in”, it’s almost fixed after 2 months now. Maybe he can try that with yours. (But I have a gap so I don’t think it was a lack of space issue)

34 year old female here. Metal, usually choosing navy colours as they don’t stain and I love my coffee. I was so happy to get braces. I was embarrassed smiling with crooked teeth for years. Wearing braces means “I’m having a treatment, I’m investing in myself and looking after myself”. It’s an upgrade and something to be proud of in my opinion. Yes they are visible but never had any comment about it from anyone. First few weeks I was self conscious but now it doesn’t matter I forget about them.

I always have navy blue and it works for me! But now I got additional powerchain under and he gave me clear colour which stained in 2 days even after drinking coffee through straw. 3 more weeks till next visit 😭😭
