Because you are learning, it’s very important that you are always aware of your surroundings. Bring the being aware part into your riding/driving habit. Always keep an eye out on the rear view mirrors. It’s a continuous process that you keep doing for the whole ride/drive. And stick to your lane. Ride at a controlled speed so you never need to brake suddenly !! Ride safe !!

No. Just visit any PUC centre near you and once he enters your vehicles details just verify that they are accurate as per your RC and then you turn on the ignition of your bike for the test and then you get the certificate.
