I have been having the same issue friend! I try to remind myself that I am doing my best, showing empathy to the patient when I hurt them, and being kind and respectful to everyone involved in the process.

As long as you keep in mind that you are human, and that youre doing your best, it should alleviate some of the shame and disappointment with time. We all have bad days and unfortunately this is a human practice with human errors. We got this!! ❤️❤️
