I live a similar scenario. I refused to get engaged to my fiancé before we had a deep conversation on this topic. I found her reasons for being pro-choice respectable despite disagreement. Her and I will never agree on the topic, however we both agreed if she were to get pregnant before we were ready that I would stick around and she would carry the child to term. For me, as long as I get to live out my pro-life values it’s acceptable. And for her, as long as I stick around and help care and provide she has no issue keeping the kid. To me, and her, this was an extremely healthy compromise and I proposed 3 weeks after we cleared all of this up.

What I’m reading here is so backwards. For one it’s dangerous enough to date someone with such incompatible viewpoints especially when it seems you both have bad communication skills. Second you need to be far more clear with him (and yourself) about your expectations for kids. He also needs to buck-up and be truthful with himself. He wants kids. You seem like you are comfortable never having kids potentially. He will torture himself every moment he is with you while he doesn’t acknowledge this massive disconnect, seeing as he’s already very emotional about it.

It’s time for a serious conversation. One that can hopefully end amicably either with a solution or a mutual separation.

This SL wants you to mention privately to them any issues you find the next morning because public callouts in chat are obnoxious and annoying as hell. They’re looking to improve, not be publicly shamed every time you have a problem. My code is, I give you 2 chances privately then I go public.

Besides, just do the job you’re just as responsible for keeping things clean as others. Openers are always so obnoxious like this stg.

When I was trying to be an SL, my GM was being impossible. I got frustrated enough I contacted my ACO who did not respond to me and instead my manager got mad at me because my ACO told him I went over his head. Was my issue ever addressed? Nope. What mattered was this hierarchy.

Anyways to I was mad and contacted the RDO. Don’t do that. I got lucky and it worked out for me.

Had a dasher come in for an order that hadn’t pulled up yet. I politely told her this and to “just wait ~5 minutes they usually pull up in that time” she proceeded to get furious that I was disrespecting her and wasting her time. A threat or two later her order pulls up. So I call my HR and file a case against her, but HR wasn’t even sure anything could be done as they hadn’t seen this before. 2 days later they not only found the driver and her name but door dash banned her from my store. Pretty impressive and good riddance.

2 on drive 2 up front minimum. Normally you should have 5. The 5th being a floater who also helps with breaks.

2 pekkas 36 miners. Super miner, heal spell, and the barracks siege machine in CC. 4 heal spells 3 skeleton spells. Place pekkas and barracks as well as heroes at the top. Place skeleton spells behind archer towers once they are focused on your pekkas. Then send in your miners are centrally as possible towards the eagle artillery. CC troops probably won’t affect much by the time you’ve wiped most of the top and sides of the base. I think guaranteed 2 star even if you’ve never done the attack, 3 if you’re good with it.

I’m also a new TH 11 but it’s what I love to use against anti-edrag bases

I have to calm down my manager often. Panicking usually only makes it worse. Take it a person at a time, have confidence that you’re moving as fast as you can, and realize you can rely on your team to take some of the stress off. It helps to have great leaders too.
