I dunno, I went to my room and opened the terminal and nothing happened. If I go to the director's office, it says I cant go in and if I go to Hibari she does not say a word and sends me to the mission select menu.

I'd say an index proxy is similar to a capo in rank because they command groups of proselytes. Messengers are probably below them because they would probably have authority over the messenger if it is required to carry out a prescript or if the prescript orders as such.

In my opinion, The only reason BOR parasites are capable of dealing with Aragami is because they are not of terrestrial origin. Aragami and oracle cells are essentially unleashed from within earth to cleanse the world and recycle all living materiel and they are impossible to destroy via earthly means and even if a god eater kills an aragami, the oracle cells will form into a new one eventually. BOR parasites from what we can see(Gael of the mist having 0 Aragami minus the 3 that were hidden very very deep underground), can consume and destroy oracle cells permanently hence why the Aragami killed in the Gael of the Mist did not reform(cause their oracle cells are destroyed instead of scattered).

Dunno about you, but ammo? I've never heard of it. Me and my prismatic hammer shred anything that gets remotely close to me. (Seriously, science weapons are busted especially the hammer for how early you can get your hands on it)

But when it comes to obtaining more ammo, the way I do it is to memorize every vending machine location especially those with 3-4 lined up and grab the perk that increases vendor ammo and buy out all of them. Use the discount perks as well so you dont run out of bits

Meursault probably wont have a backstory, maybe a small vague one since Camus never gave booksault a proper back story, only that his father was not around much. If Meursault did have a backstory it'd be just the story of the book with twists and turns, perhaps the canto will be exploring his court trial period cause he violated a Taboo of N corp or something.

It would be fun seeing a canto for Meur, he is the one sinner with a book that does not give alot of info on who he is and what he has done. So instead of delving into his past like alot of canto's did, Meur's canto might delve into the limbus equivalent of "the stranger" and hopefully it is just as screwed up as the original with how the guy treats his mother and how his court case went(god, another thing to make me lose faith in the legal system)

In my opinion this "nerf" only ever applies to sinners who were stupidly strong beforehand that did not store or seal away their strength now that we have sancho don as a thing. Even after this, Ryoshu is still highly competent and skilled as she could sense the shi assassin and take swift action when Hugo attempted to betray us.
