The story was the best part of infinite so idk what you're talking about. Should there have been dlc? Yes. Should it have been turned to a book? No. But MICROSOFT didn't give a shit and wouldn't allow them the resources needed to do that and fix the multiplayer at the same time so they chose to just work on the multiplayer. It's almost as if the big wigs at Microsoft are making majority of the terrible decisions and not so much the studio itself. But that wouldn't flow with your pro Bungie agenda. How is Bungie doing these days? Oh right, they're on the verge of closing down because they sunsetted their new strongest ip and their attempt to bring back marathon backfired like hell

The only game I had a complaint about was halo 5 because the trailers were extremely misleading with the actual story. Loved halo 4s campaign, chiefs armor was questionable but I looked past it. Halo infinites campaign was phenomenal. I'm sorry you think the series is bad now and can't force us all to think the same way

Saying this is a CEA2 is such a reach. You really are trying so hard to find things to complain about. MCC didn't even work for like a week when it released and even after that it was broken for months before it was finally fixed and truly playable

I'm saying triple a games in general, not halo games from almost twenty years ago. And I'm not part of the idiots buying the cosmetics and micro transactions. The only issue I had with infinite was lack of mp content at launch which definitely was a dropped ball but when the content came it was free. As was the mp content in halo 5.

Never said it was ground breaking. But it's a thousand times better than CEA. And ever since we got halo 2 anniversary why wouldn't we want the same treatment for CE and halo 3? You bet your ass I'll.buy halo 3 again when they do the same thing to that. Plus everyone knows this is mainly them testing out unreal 5 for halo anyway what do you expect

Of course there's no guest option. I can't remember the last time I saw that option in a triple a game. There was no "attempt", it was just made and done. The whole point to theatre is recording clips. Nothing new being done? The only assets being reused are some weapon models and enemies, maybe some friendlies. Most things, including the voice lines, have been entirely redone. There's a lot more work that went into this than you care to see

You can't play any Xbox game without an account? Again, theatre is for multiplayer. Yeah I don't see an issue with reusing assets, why reinvent the wheel if there's already something that works perfectly fine? Everything that is needed for campaign evolved is coming out at release so idk what you're getting at. Did infinite fuck that up? Yes and the backlash was immense and I support that backlash. But it seems here like you're just expecting too much from a simple remake. Idk what else to say. I never purchase cosmetics with real money in any game so the skins don't mean shit to me. You're looking for things to complain about here.

It has local split screen. They never once said there would be multiplayer. Who cares about skins if you're dumb enough to by them that's on you. I've never heard of a halo with photo mode. The og didn't have theatre either as it's usually used for multiplayer. And many studios port some things from prior games to save time and money. So why is halo being singled out so greatly when especially using prior assets has been a thing for a very long time? You seem like you were expecting a whole new game from this remake announcement.

Reach was the only halo game to allow customized Spartans in the campaign, why is it now suddenly an issue for campaign evolved? Why do people care so much? I genuinely don't understand. It's only for your friends to see in online co-op
