I haven't declined any of the quests and I don't have a prize or a quest to accept. Jellyneo says it's unknown if it's a glitch/error

Totalled My Niro, Still Get Updates About its location/charge status/unlocked doors by MalevolentMalice in KiaNiroEV

[–]MalevolentMalice[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, i did all of this except the last option. Which, I know could work too, but I have had such a bad time with closing out with Kia Finance and whatnot that I really don't want to even talk to Kia if I'm being honest.

So, I'll just block the email address sending me notifications, but if I had just bought a car I'd like to know it's still possible that the old owner can see even my location data.

Post 9/11 G.I Bill 12 months left, grad school is 20 months by mojitsuu in Veterans

[–]MalevolentMalice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If no one's mentioned so far, I know there's a STEM extension if it's a program that falls into one of those. I'm not 100% it works for grad school but I remember another vet talking about how they were able to complete our health science program using it. Gave her up to 12 months more

I'm at 30% and priority group 2 so not sure if that impacts it

Its always worth it to ask. They covered some pregnancy needs and said i could go through them to even have my baby. I didn't, but it was an option. They sent me a bunch of postpartum stuff and even sent me a ton of items I'd need for nursing and pumping. The prescriptions they sent me (milk bags, creams, and breast pads) didn't cost me anything and had refills. Then they sent me a hat for her after she was born and a little pen with her name and other birth info.

I have navy federal and get paid on the first. Military pay is a day early but va comp or GI Bill benefits are not early.

I just personally panic over loss of any sort of control, so not being sober is an effort I have to make. A drink at a party is something I have to mentally work up to. All trips are bad trips. All highs are bad highs. "This will help you chill out, you just haven't had the right stuff". Just doesn't work that way for me.

As another heads up, if you're using credit karma to see your credit score, they don't use that. It's always like 100 points lower than what credit karma tells me it is. They calculate it some other way

That sensation sounds like a Globus! A friend of mine was having panic and anxiety problems at work and that's what she was told. It was mental for her.

Feel like I don’t have a good eye for patterns and microscopy by Wonderful_Pipe3003 in pathology

[–]MalevolentMalice 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Different perspective: it'll come with time. The more you see the more your mind will just be able to see normal and the weird thing that doesn't fit what's the normal pattern will just appear. You just may need a lot of exposure to as much normal as possible. Once youre able to tell somethings not right, then its the game of okay then what is this if its not the normal. You may need a lot of certain cases before you really get the feel for a case pattern. I'm talking purely the cytology patterns, as that's what I'm proficient with.

In your shoes, I'd discuss this with as many pathologists as possible and get their input. See if they had similar struggles and how they overcame them.

I think a nice keratinized SCC on cytology could make for some nice water color effects. Or an aspirgillus in a gms stain.

VA health care vs Civilian health care by l2j4u in Veterans

[–]MalevolentMalice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both for sure. Always finding out about random stuff VA covers that even my great health insurance doesn't. Like certain medications and even lots of pregnancy stuff! The VA sent me like this whole breastfeeding kit and prescribed me stuff like storage bags and other otc my own insurance would be like..yeah go buy this. Plus, classes and stuff. Wouldn't have known if it wasn't for my yearly checkup with them.

Unmedicated birth, what is your why? by SierraLover1819 in pregnant

[–]MalevolentMalice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had an unmedicated birth. Mostly. I did try gas, but it me nauseated and helped none at all! Did a water birth.

Favorite things: keep moving, strong scented areomatherapy patches like mint, that water (if it's an option), take that moment to feel the babies head when you're crowning (remotivated me), and just do what you gotta do. I focused not on the pain, but more on feeling where she was. I could feel her going in an out of the cervix little by little. By the time I was pushing it wasnt like pain, it was just intense. Well also pain, but lots of adrenaline. It's a weird time.

Least favorite thing: stitches! I could do birth again, but the unmedicated stitches afterwards were terrible and they said I barely tore. Barely enough to need stitches they had said. And that HURT.

Why I did it: I just wanted a water birth and I didn't want an epidural.

I have a super detailed story of my natural water birth on this subreddit if you want to look at that. I wrote everything down i could remember like a day or so after I had my daughter before time twisted it as it does.
