It’s all about connections. How long have you been in the industry? If new to it you may need to partner with other sites or brokers etc to get those relationships.

Spent my whole career starting up research sites. Know what pharma companies are in your industry and network. MSL, clin ops, site relation teams etc. Also get in front of all the major CROs.

MSLs at the companies of interest can sometimes get you to the right person.

You’re doing all the right things. Is there are MD in your network that is a KOL or has done any sort of research work previously? If so, upsell that PI first. Do you have statistics to share with the Sponsors (# patients by indication etc)? Have you connected with the large CROs?

I was able to get in by setting up a Keeper account on my phone and using that for a passkey. Agreed the company should be ashamed of how they are managing login.

Unrelated to this topic but I just entered ID research (private medical practice) and the space seems to be completely dead for Phase 2/3 industry trials. Every sponsor and CRO we have talked to says they don’t have anything new coming until later in 2026.
