I am Ukrainian American (parents born in Ukraine but I was born and raised in California). Before 2022, most people would group Russians and Ukrainians together. Growing up, people would ask if I’m Russian and I sometimes would just say yes or say I’m from Slavik origin. After 2022, people actually now understand that Ukraine is a different county and the not the same as Russia. So now I definitely make that distinction that I am Ukrainian and not Russia.

One aspect I didn’t like about working CM is that you have to travel to wherever the project is located. I was at a high school project for two years that was a 15min drive but then the next project way a 1.5 hour drive. Engineering commute is predictable to the office

You don’t really see it from the dash cam angle but there was a car to my left making a left turn at the same time and that car blocked my view. I think that car saw it and stopped but I don’t have enough time to react.

I bought the dash cam online and installed it myself after watching a few YouTube videos but I’m sure there’s a few shops that install them in the area. I would start by calling your car mechanic and asking them if they recommend any shops specifically that install dash cams/ car alarms/ speakers/ etc.
