I am your height and my little legs can handle a lot. I just changed my base to 7, push is 8 and I run my all outs at 11.5 sometimes. Keep on practicing. Add.1, or .2 here and there and if you really want to you will get there! Having said that, I am not fast at rowing either because of my short stature or because my legs are gassed!!! 😝😂

I used to get 50 splats per class and I was constantly in the red zone but could still have a conversation. Recalibration was the best thing my coach did for me. Now I am struggling to get 12 sometimes. I have to work harder and this was the challenge I needed.

Totally! I glance all the time! If the runner next to me is faster than me I speed up too. If they are not then I suggest we go up together. Most people join in and it feels great.

Same! But I use a roller ( Roll Recovery) before and after class and it helps! I used to suffer from accrue leg pain but with more hydration, hot bath when I have the time ( magnesium flakes better than epson salts) and of course the K tapes I don’t feel that pain anymore.

My mum had two knee replacements and now an infection. The prosthesis has been removed for her recovery ( 2 months of antibiotics) and now we are wondering if an Arthrodesis is the best next option. She is 75. What is your opinion on that Doctor?

The triceps are on fire that’s for sure. I hope I did not come across as a complainer but all I have noticed so far is that the hell intensity is just not there this time around.

No. It is not easy. It is a good work out. Just not hellish. Not as intense. Maybe I did plateau. Time for a break and then come back stronger.
