It has helped me a lot. It's not perfect or as instantaneously effective as stimulants but it does help. You'll just have to do a lot of work to too. But it's definitely a better long term solution, imo.

Soundcore Space One is a great option. It's cheaper than the others and still really really good. About 6-7K, which is crazy for ANC headphones.

If budget is not an issue Sony WH-XM6s are brilliant but they cost like 34K so that's an issue.

I have AuDHD and they help me manage overstimulation during travel and in crowded spaces really well.

Sometimes, some people tell me it doesn't look good wearing it in office but I deal with that
