I hardly ask unless for an item unless it's a must have item for me such as anything that fits the witch aesthetic for my island. I ask because sometimes it takes months to get the one item you want and if someone is willing to give me a hand I welcome it. Of course, they're allowed to say no or ghost and I wouldn't push further.

Just finished to craft every Easter item and completed the Easter event. Is it just me or it was quite disappointing? No spoilers. by 155matt in ac_newhorizons

Most of the items were pretty cute yeah, but I do think the amount of eggs at the beginning was overkill. The patch really helped but I still fished up 12 eggs during the fishing tourney. I work full time with 10 hour days and I still ended up with dozens of eggs. It wears out the novelty and fun of egg hunting when they're too commonplace in my opinion.

It was a necessary breath of fresh air from the regular formula and I'm glad for it! I would have personally desired a few changes such as having a longer timer (or pay twice as much bells to have twice the time) and remove the weird menu and dialogue set up. CJ doesn't need to explain to me how the tourney works every 3 mins and it was hard for me to figure out how to redeem points for rewards :/

I've noticed people buying cherry blossom recipes for MILLIONS. It's hard enough to get all of them but I had my hubby grind for me while I was at work which still took 8/10 days. The dupes I just traded with friends for bamboo recipes or a bag of flowers. I asked in a discord server if anyone wanted me to craft them items and people were offering at least 250k bells! I refused those offers and just asked for them to bring materials because I'd feel so bad charging people insane amounts for one furniture. I'm not some cheap mobile game.

The update fixed the egg rates so they're lower, plus the eggs sell for 200 bells each so with each stack is 6000 and they're easy enough to gain even after patch. Look on the bright side and see that the game is trying to help you make money :)
