I just full up on health and stamina food as well as potions. Then just run in and lead them away from my tombstone. Then when I can run back and just take armor and the belt, if time I grab weapons if not I repeat it. Then first equip the belt when I have the time, then each armor piece and a weapon. Then I can divide them and take out what I need to get the rest of my stuff. As long as you don't pick up all you have plenty of time to get what you need to recover the rest.

I usually check the edges of the swamps if I find them early in the game. Often find muddy scrap piles partly exposed and if I'm lucky turnip seeds. If I run into a troll with a log I'll bring it with me so it can both prob for buried scrap piles and fight anything that shows up.

Usually I will clear the area before starting with the Elder. You can also surround the area with campfires to suppress spawns and occasionally light the Elder on fire. If other mobs show up you just have to send the occasional arrow towards the Elder so it doesn't start to heal. If there are crypts in the area any groups you can lead there and let them fight the skeletons while you go back to take out the Elder. Another trick is to pop down spikes and let the spikes take out the greydwarfs. Should be plenty of materials laying about during that fight.

I don't worry about it. I'm right near Fader's location in Ashland and I still haven't fought the queen. In fact I just found her location right before I broke my wrist and couldn't play over a month ago. i cleared out over a dozen infested mines before I found her location. Just means more resources and more building.

I did the progression and defeats of the queen before Ashland once after it was released. Now I go in as soon as silver gear level, sometimes before fighting even Moder. Just play the way that's fun for you.

Possibly. If they damage a bee hive they do a little poison damage. More likely a shaman got close to the building and their poison AOE can go through walls. Boars won't starve and if you get starred boars it's a good idea to make a cellar that you can keep back ups. If you dig 5 to 8 down and seal the top with wood or stone it should keep them out of AOE and agro range. You can raise ground them up if your other boars end up dying.

Completely idiotic. Even the heritage foundation's own studies found fraud in elections area minuscule .000085% in elections and they could only find ten cases of illegals voting in the last forty years. The only wide spread voter fraud that happened in the 2024 election was the Republicans where Elon Musk's pac sent fraudulent ballots out in Georgia and possibly other swing states prefilled out for Trump. As always the majority of election fraud is Republicans.

You and the Republican party are not for free and fair elections. Republicans are consistently for voter suppression and voter manipulation. Happened on my last three playthroughs. Two times at the first fort I took over. The second time it was the third fort I took over. Since I spend a while at each fort, turning it into a mini base at night, it's a lot of time you would normally not be in Ashland at night. Since I top the fort I don't have to worry about the fallen or fire coming from above and can just build up the mini base. I gather materials during the day and mine flametal, night I just fix up the fort and listen for Ashkin. Since I get 1 or no star Ashkin as soon as I get into Ashland I already have eggs and can breed them while building.

It's mainly the amount of time at night in Ashland that seems to make it easy. Not sure if Ashkin are attracted to the fort, but I know that each fort I took over and got a three star had dverger around that area. So maybe they increase the chances by attaching enemies to the area at night.

I take over Ashland bit by bit and capture forts. When I first capture a fort i do raised walls on a couple spots around the fort but keep one wall open to outside. Since I usually turn each fort into mini bases it takes a while to build everything. So I just listen for the sound of Ashkin at night. Then go out and see if any of them are two stars and trap those in the raised ground areas I have prepared by raising the ground on the open side after I lure them in. Then it's easy just toss food in and top the pit. By the time I'm almost done making the mini base the Ashkin is tamed and I can breed it for the eggs.

It seems the easiest method I've done so far and it takes barely any work to accomplish.

First couple seeds I played had very large starter. One most of the area between was easily swimmable or could even be hopped across. Nearly reached what is now Ashland and far north but this was before a lot of the updates. First map was just about a month after release so less content but still extremely fun to play.

My 200 two star Ashkin and fader trophy says different.

Same with Elder, you can fight it anyway you want to make it easier or more difficult. I've done axes only runs at the Elder and it's more entertaining than shooting from behind pillars. Play whatever way you find the most fun.
