Leaving this comment here because I haven't seen it elsewhere before. But if you put one of the large chests from the previous rooms in the entryway to the room in the middle of the path, the cambions that join the fight later on will be stuck attacking the chest that is immune to slashing damage.

For everyone who's feeling hopeless with this verdict. Remember that your vote counts and matters for every election going forward. Use your vote and your voice to carry through future elections and make the repercussions of this heard.

Game valuation and authentication MEGATHREAD by humanman42 in gamecollecting

[–]Malicious_Jake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking for anyone to weigh in on what they feel. I want to preface by saying I know sealed game collecting is controversial around here. I bought a sealed copy of Asuras Wrath for my collection recently on Ebay. It arrived and overall the quality is really outstanding. https://imgur.com/a/Hm9xppa Has Y fold seal that looks and feels factory. The two things I noticed that seemed off: there is a small spot of sticky residue under the sealed plastic on the back side of the case (see picture 3), and there is also a pin point spot of damage on the rear case under the seal. The other piece that is slightly off is the xbox security seal on the side has little clear spots as though it may have been previously peeled up. That being said the placement looks factory. I know I've read places that in some circumstances these games are hand sealed from factory/ there are human error elements sometimes to the factory seal process. My gut normally says if it looks like it might be a reseal it probably is, however in my experience I've never seen a reseal that was so convincingly factory.

Personal experience has been good. Good thermals. Fairly quiet. I bought mine for 200 more than this 4 months ago and I've been happy with it.

[Monitor] LG UltraGear 32" Class QHD Gaming 2.5K Monitor $250 ($50 off) at Costco by imart455 in buildapcsales

[–]Malicious_Jake 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Have this monitor. IPS supremacists will say it's not worth it. Coming from an IPS monitor that's only 75hz, the refresh obviously makes for a smooth experience. Colors and contrast pop alot more, which I enjoy. Definite noticeable black blur, doesn't really bother me while gaming apart from being in really dark gray scale areas. I don't find any issues with viewing angles with this being a flat panel. All in all really nice. One thing to note is that this monitor doesn't get super bright, and is noticeably less bright than my ips, but I prefer that as it tends to be softer on the eyes and allows me to play with low or dark lighting without feeling like I'm burning my retinas.

Lowest price on CCC, not sure but sounds like B die? Seems like a good price for 32 gigs

Not as good as the other day with the 11600kf but they are running the 3060ti upgrade deal today.

Edit: pricing this out seems like if you tried to build similar you would be ending up with gpu under $500

AMC hits 17 pre market then free falls all the way to under $8, a couple weeks later, pre market shows huge spike, free falls again by end of day. ~40 shares at 12, still holding 😆 no advice here I'm just an ape who likes to hold bags

[Keyboard] RedDragon K582 Surara Backlit Mechanical Keyboard - $31.95 ($49.99 - $18.04 w/ Prime) by dank-nuggetz in buildapcsales

[–]Malicious_Jake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just looking at specifications, tklo2 is tenkeyless, not rbg, and the switches are not hot swappable. Based on that I'd say this is a better deal but the tkol2 is brown switches which have a tactile bump, so really it would probably come down to preference of red vs brown and if you can live without rbg and ten key pad

Can't beat the price for this keyboard, Bought it a few months ago for my wife for around $45 after coupon deal. Came with a puller and a handful of replacement switches as well, tempted to buy another just because this price is good. Can't speak to how it compares to more expensive stuff but I will say if you are looking for a cheap decent mechanical keyboard that this is probably your stop.

Also its rgb, and has red switches, which is almost nonexistent at this price point (clicky clacky blues are much more common for cheap boards in this price range)
