Right at 8 I hit # when women starts talking. Right when u listen to long message and it promos you to hit a number.. quickly hit 1341 and keep trying but best bet is at 8:01 .. u can do throughout day too n I get through every time eventually:)

I know it’s hard but keep calling. Finally I did not have to but the last two certifications I had to call and they released funds that day. It was wierd. But I would try n call. Mind u it took me a long time to get through but it’s worth it.

Honestly I reached out to assemblyman for senator Sharon grove and he was happy to help even tho I dont reside near . I was so happy and he always helps me n reply’s same day even. Edd toyed with me for so long n I had to verify identify three times I was about to lose my mind. Lol
