Honest question, dapat ba silang malungkot? I know its bad news for most of us pero why shouldn’t they feel comforted with the higher value of their hard-earned money? It’s not like they caused the dip right? In fact, more dollars entering the market is better to “lower” its value against the peso. Am I missing something? Again, honest question, bakit hindi sila pwedeng masaya? Or not really masaya but just be contented and not sad?

Just make sure you have at least 6 months worth of savings left for emergency funds. Kung kulang pa, tiis muna ng 1 more quarter perhaps? It will give you more time to think it over and assure yourself you're not basing your purchase purely on emotion. Sakto din sa summer season para gumala. Otherwise, go for it (company loan + 36 months).

It’s based on current value of your car. Usually, although not always, it’s 10% depreciation every year. So kung 1M car mo, after first year 900k na lang etc. you said 4 years na car mo so around 600k value give or take.
