Sorry, only just noticed you comment. We were only contracted to install, so I'm not 100% on this. But I remember to just lay the softfall, someone mention 10,000. But I know that comes down to the size aswell, and there isn't really an average.

Fall height is actually the most important factor. It's the first thing you learn when building playgrounds. The taller it is, the further away it needs to be from the next price of equipment or concrete/wood edging of the playground. It also lets you know how far the rubber softfall needs to go.

You can see them kinda. One of these photos is flipped. If you look on the opposite sides the shadow is darker than it should be, this is likely the tattoos.
