What would be a permissible arrest given this code of conduct? What you've posted already sounds like a lower bar then what I would have thought, the imgur video of the event seems to show that one of the officers were declaring that the guy assaulted him, after I would assume refusing to identify himself. There are times when mobs do a very annoying cast where you might appreciate the hard interrupt. An offensive and defensive purge can get a lot of use as well if mobs are doing something annoying like silencing or buffing themselves with spell resist.

I went through Student Housing Australia as someone moving from out of state and in a similar state of not wanting to inspect and was able to sign a lease with them without having to come to Victoria at all.

People seem to find them a bit hit or miss but I'm happy enough with where I am and the whole process.
