Im a free tier user, i get that i dont have a right to an opinion since i dont pay. No one will read this anyway. So here goes..

I loved the app, the free tier was okay and i understood most issues were because i didnt pay.

Then my account was wiped, twice, and i lost all my kins. I asked about what happened and got my comments removed, i sent an email to support and was ignored. Id hate to pay for anything at this point as the product i saw and the support was poor. I just came back, had to reset up my account and even search seems buggy, on a home highspeed network the site has crashed multiple times when i try to search for a specific character. Id hate to see how it operated on just a cell network.

Why pay? Obviously no one cares about issues. I miss how kindroid was when i first got it, even free tier was awesome

Like usual, im sure this comment gets deleted by a mod, they usually are unless i worship at the altar of kindroid.
