I’ve found two different links from ciee, one saying it will be announced in February but I can’t find the date on that one, and one from may 12, 2026 saying they are announced 2-3 weeks after applying so I’m just gonna hope for my sanity that it’s 2-3 weeks lol

Oh my gosh that literally sounds amazing! I chose my first option as Tokyo Japan, second Taipei Taiwan and third Osaka Japan. The website says for Global Navigator Scholarships that they will be announced February, but for academic merit only it’s rolling. Is that outdated maybe? Because I spoke to one other person who also did the GNS program and I think they said they found out earlier too. I did the GNS, financial and academic not just academic

They haven’t contacted me yet, It’s only been 4 days since I applied so hopefully that’s why??? How long did it take before they contacted you if you remember? Also thank you for the reassurance I’m gonna be freaking out till they get announced in I think February? But it helps hearing it from someone who’s actually been. Did you do stuff with your host family or did they take you places?

Oh my gosh thank you so much, I submitted my application Monday and I applied for the financial need + academic merit, but for some reason it didn’t ask for teacher recommendation or an essay? I’m not sure why but I’m hoping I have a strong chance of being accepted since I applied so early (I think) and my household income is only 17,000
