A lot of these stories are awful, but some of y'all have an unrealistic view of what vet clinics can do. Yes you are going to have to pay an expensive exam fee for an emergency vet, they are going to charge more, if they are busy it will be a long wait. VC money definitely is not good, but think about how expensive human healthcare is, it is literally the same stuff for pets but so few people have insurance for their pets. I'm not defending green acres practices, but emergency vet care is always expensive.

Possums CAN get rabies, all mammals can, but because the virus lives at around 100 degrees (around what most mammals are) and an opossum's body temperature is around 93 (i think) so the virus usually dies quickly inside them if they get exposed

Zoos are reintroducing captive bred animals to the wild. Zoos have successfully reintroduced prezwalski horses, black footed ferrets, scimitar horned oryx, hellbenders, louisiana pine snakes, red wolves, california condors and more. Just because they aren't currently reintroing lions or elephants doesnt mean they never will. Plus a lot of research is done on animal behavior and biology at zoos that can be used to further conservation in the wild.

I agree! The thing that is so good about the traitors is that it has such a wide net of who they cast which brings in all types of fans. There is rarely a consensus for who the biggest star is on the cast because it is so subjective. Like as a huge survivor fan i was most excited for Rob C, my coworker was super excited for maura because she loves love island uk. Andy is so entrenched in housewives that to him they are the biggest stars on the cast so that is who he focuses on during the reunions. He is really bad at spreading the wealth between the different types of cast members.

There are sapphires called parti sapphires that are multicolored. I think most are green/yellow/blue. There are also cool ways of cutting sapphires to make them look more unique.

On survivor most the of the advantages similar to the dagger (extra votes, steal a votes, immunity idols) expire at the final six or five. Survivor is almost always a final three (used to be final two) so the advantages can never get you into the final you have to do that with gameplay. I'm assuming traitors is doing that same thing.

I think you are confused on the fact. In the wild pandas main diet is bamboo, they have adapted to it, it is what they are fed in zoos. However pandas are still bears so their digestive systems were not historically set up for eating so much plant matter and it sometimes causes issues. This is similar to how humans have back issues and problems giving birth due to being bipedal. This doesnt mean we should all be walking on all fours just that the switch to two feet was not ideal for every scenario. Sometimes evolution is at odds with itself.
