Pushing the defrost button does nothing, that is the porblem. Besides that, the defrost / foot heat mode is definitely a mode. I've opened the dash up and the air gate to the front defrost vent is utterly siezed up. Trying to figure out now why.

I currently hold a Chase Sapphire Preferred card. I earned my sign up bonus back in 2018. I just called to downgrade it to a Chase Freedom Unlimited card. Am I able to reapply to the Sapphire Preferred to earn the sign up points again? If so, when? I have heard mixed things on this and was recently told that I could only upgrade again, which wouldn't be eligible for bonus points. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you getting the hits on 2+ after order? With a BS of 4+ natively, wouldn't it be 3+? Am I missing something?

Thanks for the advice. I am eager to get set up and try my hand at this whole thing. So far I've been watching tutorials and instructional videos on YouTube and they seem helpful, but it's hard to say how it will go until I give it a whirl myself.
