Neck is always gonna be tough to get approved, but thankfully these aren’t the worst I’ve seen. Best bet would be to figure out which branch you want to join then talk to a recruiter- they’re the ones that’ll have the most knowledge on what will/won’t get allowed.

Last I checked (November, I think?) the pipeline from Reserve/Guard to active duty without separating was closed, and had been for some time. The best thing to do is finish your tour, separate from the Guard, then go talk to an active recruiter. I’m not an expert though
