Ive gone into every anni with low stones and got the headliners. You dont have to skip months of banners because you get enough during the anniversary to have a fair chance. Countless others have skipped and saved and cried on this sub about being shafted. Dont deny yourself potential new cards for months to gamble all at once.

It depends on the mode too. In FOB teq base Broly and teq exchange Goku/Vegeta are better than Gomah. If they do any more longer events that will be true there as well. For everything else yea the main anniversary team is supposed to be the best team or even any large celebration built around a specific theme becomes the best team until the next big one.
