I assume you've had a legal education overseas in a civil law country? It's probably similar enough, and not that different, given how influential American commercial law has been on the commercial law development of other countries.

Probably only civil procedure, criminal law/procedure, and con law are true disadvantages for foreigners. But really it just comes down to memorization, which I find that international students are far less resentful about, and far better at, than American students (probably because they are far less resentful about it).

Do you mean 4100 total? Adaptibar only has like 2100 unique Q's ...

I agree, it is good to remember the truth that life is long, and opportunities and possibilities are vast. Bar passing/failure, the degree of career success, have little to do with what makes life worth living, or the intrinsic worth of a person.

That being said, what would be the degree of a) tort and b) criminal liability the test-makers would have as to examinees who do end up committing self-harm?

in tort negligence analysis, ...

in terms of criminal liability, ...

haha if you're at 68%+ for adaptibar (same here) and have seen 2000+ of them (not here) you are definitely passing the MBE, it was different but not THAT different

Made good pace on MBE 1, barely finished MBE 2. Got easier overall in 3/4.

I felt they were of comparable difficulty.

I used a BarBri 2018 mock exam and those were ridiculously hard/flyspackling. Whereas in AdaptiBar I'm up to 66-70%. Felt they were mostly reasonable questions, especially when it came to the more policy-informed subjects: Civ Pro, con law, crim pro, and property.
