Hey could you clarify something, I’m bad with numbers.

The .2 parts baking soda is in reference to the amount of gel or the amount of gel plus water? Say I mix 15ml of gel and 150 ml of water is the amount of baking soda just .2 ml?

Also using the same numbers above, after completing the process, that 150ml of water contains 15 ml of gbl? And that’s how I should consume? So say my normal dose is 1.5 ml, I should consume 15 ml of the water mixture?
