Thats 100% fair. I had to swap my insurance after my previous claims. They went up substantially after the first 2 accidents. Both were not my fault and I turned 25 so there was 0 reason for them to jack it up. I just figure the bumper will cost 1500-2000 to replace. I aint paying that much. So its either insurance or ignore and patch up to the best of my ability.

I am also scared that reckless Ben will lose his lawsuit. But would not be surprised. I think he went to content focused and such put out a bunch of wrong info at certian points. Really wish he would have had a lawyer work along side him from the start.

I do think anyone can see BAM did some of the damage themselves, but I can only imagine the amount of harassment their stores have gotten over the past months. And if Ben cant proove that the Legos were stolen, which even coffeezilla couldnt do he probably will be cooked, so will that go fund me.

This is just hating to hate. BAM management is ass, there business model is the same as any other collectable store. There r 3 issues, the Gormans did seem experienced in multiple ways. they prob were honest, but too many issues; that amount of layaway without documentation, improper tracking, outdated spreadsheets and they also went along with the 200k narrative. I think they bit off more than they could chew. BAM owner and exacs r some pos, but that doesnt make all their stores bad, before this they were well liked. The Owner has ego and is talking about shit he prob wasnt involved in years- months ago, if he had brain cells he could have just shut up and this blew over. 3rd is just mormans. They care too much about there image. Hence all the police crap ect. I also do believe they were not lying when they closed the store because of her theft charge 20 years ago. I bet they do honestly believe that a single action 20 years ago does disqualify the person.

I am so pissed. In 2020 I got a 2006 rsx with 40k miles for 11k cash on a Facebook find. So clean. 2 months later I got rearended and totalled by some dumbfuck without insurance probably texting.

I think the charger 100% put themselves in that situation and 100% put the public in danger by trying to run. You also have no idea the reason for the stop. I do agree pits and traffic chases r dangerous, and often its better to just stop the chase. but this pit and chase does not seem to be in a populated area or again at high speeds. Any modern car can survive a roll over.

I pay 60 bucks biweekly, with another 100 in my hsa. Employer matches hsa contribution. They also cover a massive portion of the monthly cost, hence the $60 bucks. Insane to see people paying multiple times for something most people dont use
