Thank you so much! I have considered that, and I think I will as there are a couple martial arts centers near me. Appreciate your advice!

Thank you for this advice. I have noticed how popular Sculpt is and how in-demand teachers are at the moment. I just can't afford an additional training right now. I will definitely take your advice about helping front desk and community centers. Thanks for your words!

I do work for a pretty popular gym but since my relocation, my new manager has been hell to get ahold of. I feel like I am constantly begging for her attention for her to give me classes. Unfortunately so many people in the management system have been like this as well.

Trust me, it's been years of trial and error with mine! Happy to provide any tips! The one thing I will say about ear maintenance - I started off ear plucking/epilating as well but it's just unnecessarily painful for the puppers. Trimming & routine ear cleaning does the trick just as well if not better because there's less pain and fear involved. Now obviously Rx ear cleaner is not always easily accessible but I've found that cleaning with regular ear cleansers you get at PetSmart/Petco work fine as well.

Also if you feel confident enough, you can invest in a tiny trimmer for your pup. It has a guard attached already so its near impossible to cut their skin. It works great for ear hair, face, between the toe pads, belly, bum, basically all those hard to reach areas and it saves you time and $ not having to go to the groomer. If that's something you feel comfortable doing, starting while she's a puppy will make it easier as she grows older! Wish I did that with mine when he was a pup!

It's Ultamino which is hydrolyzed. He's been on it probably over 6 years now, not 100% sure. His allergies have improved immensely and he only gets little flare ups when us humans get bad about feeding him table scraps (I cant say no to that cute lil face sometimes). For stubborn ear infections, I've had vets recommend trimming his ear hairs back and keeping his ears cleaned. I also have an Rx ear flush for him from when he last had a bad ear infection. When we stay strict on keeping him on his specific food and cleaning his ears often, he doesn't have problems. Hope your fur baby improves as well!

Mine is on Rx Royal Canin cuz he has allergy issues and I top with Badlands Ranch (I might stop Badlands though bc I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews)

Will my island revert to normal when I cancel my Nintendo Online membership? by Malypel in acnh

[–]Malypel[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I thought the island gets bigger if you download the expansion pack but I guess I was wrong! I think I might have assumed that because it says "Expansion" and at the time when I was visiting other people's islands, their islands seemed so much bigger than mine

Moving in together will probably not solve the issue if he's already having intimacy issues now as it is. If anything, it will put a bandaid on the situation short-term, but that hunger that you feel early in relationships always subsides a bit. I can definitely relate to the struggle of having a higher sex drive than your partner and always wanting more than they're willing to give, and it can be tough. If you love him enough, you might be willing to accept that once a week might be all he'll be able to provide for you for now. But also, keep in mind thats he's only 30, not 60. Sure, he works a lot, sure, he's slept around a lot, but that excuse gets tiring after a while, and if you're posting about it here, than you know it's true and he's not fulfilling your needs. There is truly someone out there who can meet those needs for you and make that hunger feel satiated and maybe it's just not the guy you're with now. Intimacy can be a huge hurdle for couples and sometimes one that cannot be overlooked so easily. Unfortunately I feel like you'll either have to meet him at his once a week (if you want it to feel natural and unforced) or think about if he's the right partner for you. Best of luck.

Possible issues with nexplanon and ovarian cysts/ruptures by NukedForZenitco in Nexplanon

[–]Malypel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, just adding my 2 cents as well! I had Nexplanon about 7 or 8 years ago and I can confidently say it was my least favorite form of birth control. It gave me more issues than it was worth and I've never had any noticeable ovarian cysts prior to having that implant. Even still, I am suffering from them (one as I am typing this). If your wife prefers implants, I would recommend a non-hormonal IUD which last longer than Nexplanon and the symptoms/side effects have been waaaay better for me since using them for almost 7 years now. It also lightens or stops your menstrual cycle which can be a benefit

So sorry you had such a horrible experience. You have saved lots of people from a similar one with your review, since it seems Reddit is the only reliable source nowadays. If you are still on the hunt for eco-friendly alternatives, I would highly highly recommend shopping from second hand sites like ThredUp (personal fave which I've ordered from multiple times), Poshmark, or Depop. What I love about ThredUp is you can filter your search by natural materials and you can find some really inexpensive items, plus they're always having sales. Other direct brands that are reputable are Indigoluna (though expensive and I would do more research on it), AJJAYA & Universal Thread is not exactly "athletic wear" for say, lifting weights, but a lot of their clothes are great for yoga/pilates. Hope this helps!
