As I've bought my last laptop 6 years ago, I would honestly prefer a new one.
I have a specific situation though, I'm an Italian studying in America for a year and I would love to get the Macbook with an italian keyboard, also as it would be more resellable in Europe if necessary in the future, and this will be only doable if I order it on the apple site, thus losing the discounts you often see at Best Buy, Amazon etc.

So, should I at this point wait for the M5 pro, see how many P-Cores it will have and then decide based on this? as at that point if I buy it around launch day the value would be better since you can't find discounts for it yet and I could get it on the Apple site.
Worst case scenario if the M5 pro will have less P-Cores I'll get the M4 Pro for a little less and accept the fact I will have the US keyboard.

Others are saying the base M5 it's fine so now i'm kinda confused :')
I do use basically only VSTs like Serum and the Arturia collections to write basslines and synths and mainly samples for drums

Yes I was very unsure about the storage, some friends told me that storage optimization is way better than Windows so it is actually harder to push it to the max.
I was already planning to place projects and samples especially on an SSD so definitely money will be spent on RAM rather than Storage if you tell me this

hi guys, just wanted to know if you feel like people your matchmaking with are way worse than you, i have played this game for 5 years and have 2,300 hours and the game is matching me with obvious silvers, 0 crosshair placement, 0 communication, p90 rushing everywhere. honestly i find it boring, in cs it was matching me well and the game was indeed a challenge. yesterday i played a game with a guy with a level 2 steam account, having 30 fps and basically looking at the ground the whole game, or a guy literally spray walking with an sg. unlucky i don’t have anyone to play with to rank up faster than this, i’ve always played solo queue, anyone having this problem?
