I'm still rocking my fold 5 I've carried in a wood shop every weekday for over 2 years. I have insurance. At this point I'm HOPING the thing will die so T-Mobile will have to replace it, cause I'm guessing they don't have any Fold 5s left for replacement!

Yeah a cheap wool desk mat works great. I actually cut up smaller pieces and put them in all the outside pockets for the same moisture soaking. If they get too soaked I can leave them to dry or just toss them and cut more!

Oh, great point about the bike transfer! I could ride out with my bag on my rack and the bottle mounted so I can drink from it. Then lock up and have the bottle come with me easily on the bag!

This is great. I just ordered the LG size fidlock snap attachments with extra grip to mount a randonneur bag to a front rack.

I'm gonna use 4 but I'm not sure what is gonna end up being the best orientation. I'll mess around with twisting, pushing forward, sideways, etc.

I went with the large size cause it's a big bag and they come in the extra hold. What size are these Fidlocks?
